Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving at our home. It was wonderful to spend time with family. We were especially thanksful that Aunt Katie and Uncle Nathan were able to spend it with us!! It was great visiting with them. Jeff did a fantastic job on the Thanksgiving meal. This year he made gumbo, shrimp, and grilled fish. It was all delicious. Check out Jeff's gumbo... We have so many blessings to be thankful for! Thank you God for all of them! Juliann led us in prayer.
The girls enjoyed eating at their own little table.
Everyone else enjoyed all the yummy food too!
That evening we enjoyed watching the Aggies win with Katie, Nathan, Meme, Papa, and Shebra.
On Friday afternoon, Sylvia, Katie and I had a fun shopping trip. Then we meet the guys for an awesome dinner at Perry's. Thanks for the treat Yaya and Papi!!!

Little-Ball Wedding

Katie and Nathan were married on Saturday, November 6 at 6:30 p.m. at St.Philip Catholic Church and then had the reception at the Civic Center. Pre-reception view...

I loved Nathan's cake. Katie and Nathan got engaged while snow skiing, so this was perfect!!!
I don't have any pictures from the actual wedding, but here are some I took before the wedding.
The Little Family - They sure are beautiful!!
Aunt Katie and the flower girls (Caroline actually stood still to take a couple of pictures.)
Juliann and Caroline did great walking up the aisle. Caroline attempted to climb the steps of the altar with Juliann, but fell. I quickly scooped her up and sent her to Meme and Papa. If I would have let her go, she would have been running all around the altar like she did the night before at rehearsal. Juliann did a great job during the wedding too. She did manage to try to get a little attention. Her Daddy took her to go potty during mass. When they walked back in, everyone was praying the Our Father. Jeff wanted to wait until the prayer was over before going back to sit down. Juliann had a different plan. She paused looked at her Dad, then took off down the middle aisle back to her place sitting at the front of the church.
I love these beautiful girls!!! They melt my heart!!!!
The bridesmaids waiting their turn for pictures.
After the ceremony and more pictures, it was off to the reception. Juliann and Caroline found their awesome babysitters Nana and Popo and took a picture with them.
Caroline enjoyed running all around. She wore her self out.
Caroline getting a goodbye kiss, before she went home to bed.
Juliann and Daddy had fun dancing too!
More dancing
Mr. & Mrs. Nathan Ball
YaYa and her friends enjoyed dancing too - "How low can you go?"
On Sunday morning, we went to brunch at the Little's. Yaya's friends did an excellent job getting everything together. Mrs. Jan is talented - check it out!!
It was a wonderful weekend!! Congratulations Aunt Katie and Uncle Nathan!! Hope you are having fun in St. Lucia! Enjoy your new home in Kansas! And please come see us again soon - we miss you guys!!!!!!!

The girls enjoyed Halloween!! They loved dressing up! Juliann had a party at school on Thursday. They got to dress up and play games. Saturday, YaYa, Papi, and Aunt Katie took the girls to the Halloween Carnival. Yesterday, we went to Yaya and Papi's first. Juliann loved being a princess. She would sing, "Cinderella, dressed in blue..."
