Mother's Day weekend on Saturday morning, we took the kids to Matagorda to participate in the Lil' Salties fishing tournament. We were joined by Recie, Lynn, Rylan, Craig, Tanya, and Caleb. Their boat broke down, so they decided to fish on the beach too.
Juliann started out fishing.
The rest of the kids enjoyed playing on the beach.
Connor got a starfish from one of his friends.
Jeff and Juliann got a fish.
So did Aunt Jen and Connor.
Then Caroline decided that she'd give it a try. No luck for her before weigh-in.
As usual, the kids enjoyed the morning. We didn't get to stay for the awards because we had to drive back to EC for the dance recital that afternoon. Stay tuned - dance pictures to come.
