As usual, we headed to the bay for the 4th of July weekend. Jennifer and I took the kids Friday afternoon. When we got there, it was time for the kids to eat lunch then take a nap. When they woke up, we went on a boat ride to the point so the kids could play on the beach.
When we got to the point, the girls looked for shells while Connor had fun playing in the water.
We found some hermit crabs in a tide pool.
When we got back to the house, we headed over to Doris and Rob's. The kids enjoyed more swimming, playing on the beach, and playing washers.
Juliann had fun playing with Jaydon in the water.
We ate a delicious supper and celebrated Jamie and Barrett's engagement!
On Saturday, we got the kids all dressed in red, white, and blue so they would be ready for the golf cart parade.
Jeff and Craig took the kids in the parade.
Connor, Rylan and Caroline stayed back and played with bubbles and waited to watch the parade.

Sunday after lunch, we loaded everyone up and headed to the point. Caroline fell asleep on the ride over.
There were starfish found on the point. Juliann looked for one, but she couldn't find one, so someone gave her one.
The kids spent the afternoon, eating, swimming, and playing on the beach.
