Last Wednesday, Uncle Nathan and Aunt Katie flew in from Kansas. It was so great to see them and get to spend time together. When they arrived Wednesday, they headed to our house with Yaya and Papi to enjoy a hamburger supper. Thursday, they headed to San Antonio to see Michael and Nikki. When they got back on Friday, they met us at the Country Club for swimming. Then we went to Yaya's for a yummy seafood dinner with great company. The girls received a big kite from Uncle Nathan and Aunt Katie. They can't wait to try it out. Saturday morning the guys and Katie played golf and then we all swam. That evening we headed to church and then back to the Country Club for dinner.
Sunday, it was time for Aunt Katie and Uncle Nathan to fly back. We went with them to the Wharton Airport to play in the plane and watch them take off. Uncle Nathan worked hard getting the plane ready and inspected while the girls played.
I loved listening to the girls pretend. They pretended they were flying in outer space and they needed to watch out for aliens.

Yaya and Papi took this picture of us before they left.
Now, Uncle Nathan and Katie are ready for take-off.
We think it is so cool that Uncle Nathan can fly a plane and that Aunt Katie gets to be his co-pilot.
BYE!! We were sad to see them go. We had such a fun time together and hope they come back soon.
When we got home, the girls wanted to bring their headphones in from the car and they needed a box so they could play airplane. I love their imagination!
