The last Thursday of September, Sylvia, Nikki and I hopped on a plane and headed to New York to meet Katie to celebrate Sylvia's 60th Birthday. We had a blast and made lots of memories. We saw so many sights and enjoyed each others company the whole weekend. I made these signs for Good Morning America.
Sylvia received her first surprise when we were claiming our baggage at the airport in New York. Michael and Nikki had arranged for a limo to pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotel.
In we went and off to the city.
Our ride was quite scenic to our hotel in Times Square.
Once we go settled in our room, Sylvia's next surprise arrived.
With the help of Nikki, the guys had a fruit and cheese tray with a bottle of wine sent to the room. We dove right in!
Then we went to check out the city. We walked around and visited some stores. Then we went on top of the Rockefeller Centre. We wanted to be there for sunset. It was an amazing view of the city.
And we ended the night by eating pizza!!
