Last of Kansas

Sunday morning, it was very COLD in Kansas.  We woke up and headed to mass.  Afterwards, we came back and ate waffles and eggs for brunch.  Then we just hung out.  We decided we wanted to venture out.  We all bundled up so we could walk to the park.  The girls were excited they got to see a few snow flurries.

Everyone had fun at the park.  We were trying to work off some of the food we had eaten over the last few days.

We then decided we would walk back to the pizza place we had went to on Friday, but then we figured they would be closed.  So we walked back home.

That evening, we went to the store and bought steaks and potatos to eat and we enjoyed one last evening together.
We woke up early Monday morning and we were on the road by 8:00 AM.  We made it to the OK-Texas border around noon.  So we decided to stop at the casino for lunch.  We ate and Jeff and I tried our luck at a couple of machines, but lost our money quickly.
After lunch, we got back on the road and drove straight to EC.  We arrived about 7:00 PM.  The girls did such a great job traveling and Jeff was an awesome driver.

Thanks for having us Aunt Katie and Uncle Nathan!!  We loved visiting you guys!
